As Lafford Homes continues to grow, a new development is nearing completion.
Sleaford Road in Metheringham welcomes a brand new site comprising of 20 new homes. These will be of varying designs and sizes, including flats, bungalows and houses. 15 of these properties will be private market rent and 5 will be affordable rent and therefore advertised on Lincs Homefinder.
Lafford Homes are transforming the old refuse depot in Metheringham into a development of homes which will be unique and highly efficient.
This programme is expected to complete early May 2023 with tenants moving in soon after.
