Building works are under way on Lafford Homes’ second development. Lafford Homes, the housing company wholly owned by North Kesteven District Council, is on site in Waddington beginning work which will lead to 42 much-needed new rental opportunities.

The 63-week programme is expected to complete in late October 2021. It is anticipated that the first tenants will begin moving into the new homes from July 2021 onwards.
