Furlong Way, Holdingham – Estimated ‘Ready to let’ date May 2023
Lafford Homes is very pleased to announce its latest development in Sleaford.
Six brand new houses in Furlong Way, Holdingham, were let in Spring 2023.
Each house provides two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The ground floor will consist of a lounge, kitchen and WC. Each property has two parking spaces and modest size gardens.
Old Quarry Close, Metheringham
As Lafford Homes continues to grow, a new development was completed in 2023
Old Quarry Close in Metheringham welcomes 20 new homes. These comprise of varying designs and sizes, including flats, bungalows and houses. 15 of these properties are private market rent and 5 are affordable rent and therefore advertised on Lincs Homefinder.
Lafford Homes transformed the old refuse depot in Metheringham into a development of homes which are unique and highly efficient.
Demand for local housing continues to rise and Lafford Homes aims to take some of the pressure off the market by building more homes in the community.
Orford Avenue, Station Road, Waddington
Building works are now complete on the Lafford Homes’ second development. Lafford Homes, the housing company wholly owned by North Kesteven District Council, has been on site in Waddington working on 42 much-needed new rental opportunities.
An old nursery site at the bottom of the hill on Station Road, has been been transformed by energy and regeneration specialist ENGIE, to provide a mix of one -to-four bedroomed flats, houses and bungalows.
In total there are 28 homes for the private rental market and 14 designated as affordable rent units. These are highly efficient, completed to a high specification and uniquely designed.
The 63-week programme completed in December 2022. The first tenants moved into the new homes in August 2021.
Lafford Homes is a fresh approach towards meeting local housing demands. It aims to unlock more housing choice by building more homes for let at a market level rent.
Steam Court, North Hykeham
Steam Court was built by Lafford Homes in 2018, it was our first major development. It consists of 33, modern two bedroom apartments across 5 blocks. The complex also benefits from a communal outside area – including drying space, secure bicycle store and allocated parking. Each market rent apartment has an integrated washer/drier, oven and hob with extractor and a freestanding fridge/freezer.
