Our team of contractors are working really hard to stay on schedule; not only are several properties now free from scaffolding, but some are now having their kitchens and bathrooms fitted. Full site completion is scheduled for Autumn 2021 and we hope to release some of the homes as early as July 2021.
An interactive site plan is now available. Hover over a specific plot, select it and you will see an illustration of the house type and a floor plan. We have also included an ‘At A Glance’ table to make it easier to see where the 3 and 4 bedroom homes are situated.

In our next update we hope to be able to show you some completed kitchens and bathrooms, as well as releasing details of the appliances and fittings which will be included.
