Work on site at Waddington continues apace with some properties now free from scaffolding. Site completion remains scheduled for late summer 2021 and we hope to release some of the homes as early as July 2021.
We will shortly be updating the site plan to include more details on the location of each house type and will soon release floor plans. All of this material will be on our website and as a subscriber to our mailing list, we will let you know as soon as it is available.
Following our recent tenant survey we have updated our website with a summary of the results. We want to thank existing residents for taking part in the survey. The results reflect a positive service and provide valuable feedback. You can find the summary on our news page here.
