Complaints Policy
If you feel that Lafford Homes has fallen short of its aim to provide an excellent service, in the first instance, please email [email protected]. Please give details of your complaint and in accordance with the complaints policy this will be investigated by the Lafford Company Secretary.
Our aim is to respond within 10 working days but this may change due to the nature of your complaint.
